

So, I have finally reached my breaking point with my weight. I have gone up and down the scale so many times I have lost count. I'm so tired of being that mom that the only clothes I wear are workout pants cause it's the only thing that fits. I am also so tired of being tired and being out of breath just walking my kid into school. So here I am at age 36 and 178 pounds saying enough is enough. I have thought hard and long about the different "diet" things I have done in the past and the only things that I know have worked for me was when I was doing Weight Watchers and exercising regularly. As of yesterday I joined Weight Watchers online, and starting Monday I will start a regular exercise routine. My goal weight is 140 pounds. If I lose a little more than that I will be o.k. with that. I will be weighing myself every Thursday and I will be taking photos of my progress. I figured doing a blog will hold me more accountable as well. So here it is and so it begins.
